- All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- Prices do not include the delivery fee.
- Prices include GST where applicable.
- All examples of flowers are a guide to the style of flowers that will be delivered. Flowers may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your order.
Lotus Botanica guarantees that only the freshest and best quality flowers available fill all our orders. A professional florist creates each and every arrangement delivered by Lotus Botanica.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times.
Our Delivery Policy
Lotus Botanica will deliver flowers to anywhere in the greater Sydney area. The majority of our deliveries are made between the hours of 9a m and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. If your delivery is extremely urgent please call Lotus Botanica in-store on + 61 2 9233 3222 for advice on delivery availability.
Delivery costs are determined by the delivery location and timeframe, exact delivery costs are calculated in the ordering system and will be added to the order total before checkout.
The delivery pricing structure is as follows:
Orders for delivery before 12pm need to be received the day before.
Same day afternoon deliveries need to be placed by 2:30pm.
$20 Areas outside of the CBD, but extending to the Eastern Suburbs, North Sydney, Balmain and Alexandria
$30 Greater Sydney area
VIP DELIVERY SURCHARGE
Orders made after 2:30pm Sydney time on the day of delivery, or orders required within 2hrs, attract a VIP delivery surcharge.
+$25 – (plus standard delivery)
Delivery on Weekend and Public Holidays
Please be aware that we are not open on and do not deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays. Your order will processed the next business day.
Customer Service Policy
Lotus Botanica is committed to providing exceptional customer service and fresh, quality products. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
Due to the nature of floristry, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you belief you have a genuine complaint regarding the goods and service supplied by Lotus Botanica, you can phone the Lotus Botanica store, within 48 hours of delivery, and discuss your concerns with a managing staff member. Lotus Botanica will assess the individual complaint and may provide a refund, exchange or credit where goods are found to be faulty.
Lotus Botanica uses a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology for all it’s internet financial transactions.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
